Understanding your tribe and the five circles of influence and impactDecember 14, 2023
Why Join the Tribe Conversation?
Most of our life is lived within our tribe and inside of five circles of influence and impact. Our frequent personal, social, and professional interactions take place inside our tribe and have great cause over our life. Whether you desire a simple life with a small sphere of influence and meaningful relationships or you are looking to build, grow, or scale a significant organization, this conversation is one of the most important conversations to have.
It proposes to empower and equip individuals with the training and tools to thrive with their tribe, which means to thrive in life. In the extensive deep dive into the inquiry of what causes this, we learned that success is a state of being and available to everyone, and not somewhere that some will arrive at someday. Achievement is something entirely different than success and thriving is the result of a person choosing successful ways of being as their foundation for achievement.
As one dedicates themselves to successful ways of being, they develop a strong and attractive energy signature. They increase their ability to generate much needed influence to be seen and heard for any purpose. They become efficient and effective as they hone their ability to steward and invest time, money, and energy wisely. They lead themselves well and they begin to inspire others to lead themselves well. We believe this is the foundation of a thriving tribe and thriving life.

Live your best life now.
Achieve your highest aims now.
Make your greatest contribution to society now.
As you become aware of the perspective, philosophy, principles, and practices of a thriving tribe, you develop what we call, “Tribal consciousness”. You become more mindful of your most causal relations, interactions, actions, and inactions. The tribe conversation is about further developing tribal consciousness to cause the highest and best for you and those around you, ultimately shifting our collective society in a positive way.
Developing Tribal Consciousness
Thought leaders in the world are having current conversations about the negative impacts of tribalism and tribal consciousness. The conversation they are in, albeit likely accurate in many ways, is not this conversation. Their conversation is about tribes formed around a nucleus with a specific interest, race, religion, politics, or geography, typically. Your tribe is not that and the tribal consciousness we are discussing, is not that.
Your tribe and tribal consciousness are about you living and interacting consciously with your most frequent and important relations, and developing a more harmonic co-existence, cooperation, and collaboration with others, inside and outside of your tribe. It ranges from how we interact in our closest relationships, to casual social interactions, to how we interact to build, grow, or scale a company or anything else.
We believe that this conversation will bring a much-needed balance back into society that restores responsibility alongside of rights. Yes, you are an individual, but you are also part of a collective, and your actions, interactions, and inactions matter to others the same way theirs matter to you. As we develop tribal consciousness, we will stop looking at, or even ignoring others, as inconsequential islands that are just in the way of us being special, or more special than. We will begin to remember that we are part of a collective and we are only as strong and healthy as the sum of our members.
Tribal consciousness is not just about being idealistic to bring about a better social construct for our society. It is paramount to all significant achievements. None of us will build, grow, or scale anything without organizing the effort and energy of people. Significant achievement requires that there is at least enough harmonic coexistence among the people working on the project. They must cooperate for a favorable ecology and culture. They must form directives, gather resources, and collaborate to achieve specific aims
The Tribe Conversation is about successful personal, professional, and planetary ways of being. It is about pursuing achievement from this successful foundation so we can bring better feelings, emotions, and interactions back into our social construct. Maybe you want to be successful, or you are looking for the keys to achievement, or you want to contribute to a brighter future on the planet. Whatever your reasons are, if you are ready, join the conversation in one or many forms. Visit www.thetribeconversation.com and find ways to join in. Tribe Well!
