A Cause, Conversation, and Company
It is a wonderful thing when you find something you are so passionate about that it becomes cause, conversation, and company worthy. The TribeUp framework has become that for me. Others and I have dedicated our time, money, and energy to turn our passion into “an elegant solution for individual, organizational, and collective success and achievement”.

We believe a social reset is needed for us to thrive as individuals, the collective, and the planet. There is a hierarchy of values, desires, and perceived needs that each of us process instantaneously, to govern how we interact with others in the moment, and it appears that our ability to process them in the highest and best way has diminished, causing much of our current social fallout.
We propose that by reintegrating success as a state of being and the foundation for achievement and self-interest, not the measuring stick of achievement, more people will live in the positive feelings and emotions that promote patient, compassionate, and kind interactions. This is more favorable for sustaining healthy belonging which is much needed to overcome our current pandemic of loneliness and is consequently, the base for any future collaboration toward any pursuit. We gather and stay together when we experience this sense of belonging, and our achievements are based on the cooperation and collaboration generated from this belonging inside of our tribe.
Society seems quick to judge, quick to anger, quick to polarize, quick to divide, and quick to cancel others. All these attributes we rather not experience for ourselves, but we are quick to hand out to others. We believe more positive feelings and emotions that stem from ways of being successful will dramatically improve the ways we interact with others. It is for this reason; we have created the TribeUp framework and the Tribe Conversation.

We release the idea that we need to force, manipulate, or coerce our way to our desires, and we earn them with more ease and less friction through masterful and artful interaction with others. We develop success as a state of being and the foundation for achievement, to not sacrifice what is important along the way, causing damage, harm, and aftermath.
The tribe conversation is an ongoing, overarching conversation that we hope to inspire individuals and organizations to continue to have. It is a discussion about the wholistic ecology, culture, and economy of your tribe and the tribal consciousness to cause it to thrive. We have distinguished 4P’s that guide the conversation; perspective, philosophy, principles, and practices.
The certified TribeUp tribologists have been through rigorous training to lead discussions, lessons, and events that further our cause by equipping and empowering individuals with structure, language, insights, and actions to build, grow, and sustain thriving tribes for their personal and professional highest and best and for the collective highest and best.
Whether two people are engaged in these distinctions, you read one of our books, take a lesson or a course, or attend one of our events, you are having the tribe conversation and further developing tribal consciousness. As more of us participate in and share this conversation, we are paving the way for better interaction and outcomes for all.
It is great to have ideas and ideals and to talk about them. It is an entirely different thing to turn them into a company. As they say, it is putting your money where your mouth is. The TribeUp framework deserves a committed effort to bring it to the world. We are committing our time, money, and energy to do so.
The company aims to provide training, tools, and tribe to its members. We will deliver free and paid courses, free and paid events, and a freemium app on iOS and Android. The TribeUp app is being developed for efficiency and effectiveness in building, growing, and scaling your tribe. It will combine the logic of the TribeUp framework with robust online tools to invite, engage, and manage your entire tribe.
In addition to the utility of the app, we are committed to a SPA initiative, or, security, privacy, and autonomy. For that reason, we have implemented an invite-only model that requires approval by the inviter. We will also be working diligently to give you the user, autonomy, and defense against infiltration from spam, bots, solicitors, ads, and anyone you have not approved to message or contact you. We want you to have control of your experience and the ability to steward your time without inbound inundation. Just a pure and uninterrupted experience with your tribe.
